Creating my first website
Updated: Mar 20, 2019
Creating a website isn't an easy feat- it has been a long journey, but in the end, I believe it is worth it!
I know this is going to take a while getting used to... personally, I am more of an Instagram type of person, so all of my photos and (some) thoughts go into my Instagram feed and stories. I've always enjoyed writing what I'm feeling as a way to unwind, and I usually type those thoughts and feelings in my"Notes" app on my phone. I believe the reason for this is that I don't want people to see the "real" me. Why is that? Maybe its because I feel more comfortable behind the camera, away from the spotlight? I've always enjoyed observing people (not in a creepy way, I swear!), and I've always been fascinated by the beauty of nature.
What I love about photography is the ability to show the world through your eyes, and share it with others.
Creating this website for my photography and making it my own is a huge step for me. It makes everything feel more "official" and I quite enjoy not having to navigate through Instagram to find specific photos. My long-term goal with this site is to be able to share my experiences and personal growth with everyone, and hopefully to connect with like-minded people.
Photography is a long journey, and I am here for the long haul! I enjoy experimenting with different cameras and editing styles, so I know I do not have a "signature" style yet; but I enjoy seeing my growth as a person and as a photographer through my images.
Until next time,
